We have overhauled video swapping in Studio v2 to give you total control.

  1. Access Studio: Navigate to picsi.ai/studio and log in.
  2. Select Your Mode: From the left panel, choose either "Single Face Swap Video" or "Multi-Face Swap Video".
  3. Configure Your Swap:
    • Single-Face Swap:
      • Upload one Source Face.
      • (Optional) Upload a Reference Face: A clear photo of the specific person in the video you want to replace. If left blank, the AI defaults to "AUTO" mode (swapping the largest face).
      • Adjust Threshold Slider 🎚️: If using a Reference Face, a slider (0-100, default 58) appears. Adjust it to fine-tune matching sensitivity.
    • Multi-Face Swap (Paid Feature):
      • Upload up to 4 pairs of faces. For each pair you must provide: Source Face and a Reference Face (Required).
      • Adjust Threshold Sliders 🎚️: Each Reference Face has its own sensitivity slider. Tune each one as needed for accurate matching.
  4. Upload Target Media:
    • Upload your Target (Primary) video file (up to 30MB).
    • (Optional) Use Batch Processing: Upload up to 9 additional target videos (up to 30MB each) in the "Additional Target" slots for a total of 10 videos in one job.
  5. Process: Click the Swap! button to begin. You can monitor progress in the "Your Creations" panel on the right.
  6. Download: Once complete, click the thumbnail in the "Your Creations" panel to view and download your video. Important: All results in the 'My Creations' panel (videos, images, GIFs) are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 3 days. Please download your files immediately to avoid losing them.

Credit Consumption on Studio:

  • Single-Face: 2 credits per second of the target video.
  • Multi-Face: 2 credits * seconds * number of faces per video submitted.

  • Community-Based Results: All video face swaps generated via Discord are showcased publicly in our designated Picsi Video Results Channel. Please be aware that your creations will be visible to all community members and cannot be deleted. Video creation on Discord is a shared community feature by design.
  • Video Specifications:
    • File Size: Up to 20MB.
    • Max Length: 10s (Basic) | 20s (Pro) | 45s (Ultra).
    • File Format: Must be an MP4 or MOV file.
    • FPS Limit: Up to 30 FPS for smooth transitions.

  • Daily Video Limits: Assuming no credits have been consumed for image or GIF swaps, daily allocations allow for:
    • Basic: 5 videos (10 seconds each).

Step 1: Upload Your Video

  1. Navigate to Server: Go to your personal private Discord server where you have invited the Picsi.Ai bot.
  2. Upload Media: Click the '+' sign or drag and drop your video file into the chat. Ensure the file adheres to the format, size, and length specifications listed above.

Step 2: Initiate the Face Swap

Method 1: Apps Menu (Recommended)

  1. Verify Active Source Face: Before initiating the swap, confirm that your desired source face is currently active. You can check your currently selected face by sending the /listid command. If you need to switch faces, use the /setid YourName command first.
  2. Access Menu: Right-click (desktop) or long press (mobile) on the message containing your uploaded video.
  3. Execute: Select Apps ▶ INSwapper.

When working with dynamic videos involving eating, talking, or complex facial movements, the standard face swap might struggle with occlusion. For these scenarios, we offer the Retain Target Mouth feature. This instructs the AI to swap the entire face except for the mouth area, preserving the original subject's natural chewing or speaking movements for a seamless result.

How to apply it:

  1. Prime the Bot: In your private server, set your active face with the -m flag attached.
    • Example: /setid pizzamike -m
  2. Activate: Press Enter. The bot is now "primed" with this instruction.
  3. Swap: Proceed with the Apps Menu method described above. Your resulting video will now utilize your source face while keeping the original video's mouth movements intact.

Method 2: /swapid Command

  1. Prepare Command: Type /swapid YourName (replacing 'YourName' with the name of your saved source face photo).
  2. Attach Media: When prompted by Discord, upload your target video file.
  3. Execute: Press Enter to submit the command.

Step 3: Await the Result

  • The bot will process your request and post the final video publicly in the Picsi Video Results Channel.
  • Important: There is no mechanism to deliver Discord-initiated video swaps to your private server. Once published to the results channel, these videos cannot be deleted. Step 1: Upload Your GIF

  1. Find Your Server: Open Discord and go to your personal server where the Picsi.Ai bot resides.
  2. Upload the GIF: Drag and drop or use the '+' sign to upload your GIF. Make sure it’s under 10MB or 15MB depending on your paid plan level.
  3. URL Option: Alternatively, paste the URL of a GIF directly into Discord. For best results, use Discord's GIF search feature, open the GIF in a new window, right-click, and copy the URL before pasting it back into Discord.

Step 2: Start the Face Swapping Process

  1. Navigate: Right-click (desktop) or long press (mobile) on the uploaded GIF and select Apps ▶ INSwapper.
