Understanding the Credit System and Usage #

We've evolved our credit system to be more intuitive and transparent, giving you clear, predictable costs for every action across the entire Picsi.Ai Face Swap ecosystem of products.

Upgrading to a paid membership unlocks the full potential of all platforms, removing restrictions and accessing advanced features like choosing which specific face to swap in multi-face target images, creating significantly more and longer Video Face Swaps each day, Face Swapping on animated GIFs, and much more.

Credit Usage: One Face, One Credit #

Our system is beautifully straightforward for standard Image Face Swaps:

  • Swapping 1 face in a target image = 1 credit
  • Swapping 2 faces in a target image = 2 credits
  • Swapping 3 faces in a target image = 3 credits
  • Swapping 4 faces in a target image = 4 credits

Note: Swapping 5 or more faces in a single target image is not supported.

Important Credit System Details #

Daily Reset: Credits reset at 0:00 UTC each day for everyone.

No Rollover: Unused credits from one day do not accrue or carry over to the next, so make the most of your daily allowance!

Universal Image Freedom (Standard Image Face Swaps): We believe in creative freedom. All users—free and paid—can use target images from any source for standard static Image Face Swaps without extra credit costs or penalties. As always, please ensure you are authorized and hold the rights to use the image.

Note: This universal freedom applies to standard static Image Face Swaps only, not Video Face Swapping, GIF Face Swapping modes or other types of Picsi.Ai tools.

Platform-Specific Costs: While standard Image Face Swaps follow the simple "one face, one credit" rule, Video Face Swapping and GIF Face Swapping have different credit costs and platform-specific limits for length, frames, file size, number of faces, and credit consumption. Always check the in-app tooltips or guide on each platform for current limits and costs specific to your tier.

Sync Your Paid Membership Across All Platforms #

✅ Do You Need This Section? If you're happy using ONLY the tool where you purchased your membership, stop reading—you're already set. This section is ONLY for paying members who want to unlock their paid benefits across multiple Picsi.Ai tools (Picsi.Ai Face Swap Studio, Picsi.Ai Face Swap macOS App, Picsi.Ai Face Swap iOS App, Picsi.Ai Face Swap Standalone Web App, Legacy Picsi.Ai Face Swap Discord (InsightFaceSwap) Bot, Picsi.Ai Face Swap Chrome Extension, Picsi.Ai Face Swap Photoshop Plugin).

How It Works: Think of your membership as a key. It currently unlocks the door where you bought it. To unlock all other doors, we copy that key to a master keyring—your Discord account email address. Our system treats "Log in with Discord," "Log in with Google," and "Log in with Apple" as completely separate identities, even with identical emails. Your membership is stuck on whichever button you used at purchase. The solution: A one-time "binding" process that tells our system these identities belong to the same person. The requirement: Your Discord account email must exactly match the email you used to purchase.

  • Scenario 1: Purchased Using "Log in with Discord" (any platform)

    ✅ You're already set! Simply log in to any Picsi.Ai tool with the same Discord account—your membership works immediately.

    • Patreon subscribers: First connect Discord in your Patreon Connected Apps settings.
    • Want to switch to Apple/Google login later? (on iOS/macOS/Web/Studio only):
      1. Ensure your Apple ID or Google account uses the exact same email as Discord.
      2. Log out → Log in once with Discord → Log out → Log back in with Apple/Google.
      3. Your membership now works with both methods on that tool.

  • Scenario 2: Purchased Using "Log in with Google" (Web App, Face Swap Studio, or any tool with Google login)

    Current status: Membership only works when you log in with Google on the purchase tool.

    To unlock everywhere:

    1. Get a Discord account with the exact same email as your Google purchase account (create one at discord.com if needed).
    2. Go to picsi.ai/account and log out completely.
    3. Log in using the "Log in with Discord" button.
    4. Log out immediately.
    5. Log back in using the "Log in with Google" button.

    ✅ Binding Complete! Your membership is now permanently connected to Discord. You can use any Picsi.Ai tool with Discord login, access Chrome Extension and Photoshop Plugin (Discord-only tools), and continue using Google login on supported tools.

  • Scenario 3: Purchased Using "Log in with Apple" (iOS App or macOS App in-app purchase)

    Current status: Membership only works when you log in with Apple on the purchase app.

    ⚠️ CRITICAL: If you used Apple's "Hide My Email" feature (creates random email like xyz@privaterelay.appleid.com), binding will fail. You must use your real Apple ID email.

    To unlock everywhere:

    1. Check your real Apple ID email at appleid.apple.com → Sign-In and Security.
    2. Get a Discord account with that exact same email (create at discord.com if needed).
    3. In the Picsi.Ai iOS/macOS App: Settings → Log Out.
    4. Log back in using the "Log in with Discord" button.
    5. Log out immediately.
    6. Log back in using the "Log in with Apple" button.

    ✅ Binding Complete! Your membership now works on all Picsi.Ai tools with Discord login, plus you can continue using Apple login on iOS/macOS apps and Google login anywhere (if emails match).

🆘 Troubleshooting

  • "Steps didn't work" → Emails don't match. Verify identical emails at: Discord (User Settings → My Account), Google (myaccount.google.com), Apple ID (appleid.apple.com). Change Discord email to match purchase email, then retry binding.
  • "Membership on wrong account" → You were redirected during payment. Find your Stripe/Apple receipt email showing which email holds the membership. Change your Discord email to match that receipt, then follow binding steps.
  • "Chrome Extension/Photoshop Plugin says no membership" → These only support Discord login. Complete binding process above, then log in with Discord account (matching email).
  • "Which email did I use?" → Check inbox: Stripe (search "Payment receipt from Picsi.Ai"), Apple (search "Receipt from Apple"), Patreon (check Patreon settings).
